We are passionate about everything to do with property!

Our mission is to take tired and unloved properties in the local area and transform them into great living spaces. Our previous renovations projects have created older properties that look brand new on the inside with new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, electrics and decoration.

We are committed to providing high quality services to local people and offer beautifully appointed rooms in shared houses. We also provide social housing through housing associations in the area.

If you are looking to rent a room in Chesterfield but are disillusioned by the typically soulless options then we can help! We're creating warm, homely living rather than bland and unwelcoming rooms.
